The National Weather Service is predicting that Tropical Storm Beta will deliver heavy rainfall from the middle Texas coast to southeast Louisiana through Friday. Beta has sustained winds of 60 mph and is moving at a dangerously slow 6 mph to the west-northwest, having slowed Saturday morning from 12 mph. Beta is expected to make landfall near the San Antonio Bay, Texas, area Monday night.

- Texas City, TX
