During this step, you will submit your info. We ask a couple of simple questions that will help us determine the quote for your vehicle. From there, we will generate a quote based on your type of vehicle, the pickup location, whether you choose an enclosed or open transport, and your destination, national & international.

We will send your auto transport quote through email or by phone. We have created a price structure that is one of the most affordable in the industry. Notably, we do not include any additional/hidden fees. What you see is exactly what you pay.

Now that everything is agreed upon, it’s time to determine when you want your car to be picked up. You will receive a call to schedule a date and time. We typically can provide pickups within 3 days of payment being received. We pride ourselves on being flexible when it comes to pickups. We’re confident we can find a time that is convenient for you.

We will call you about 24 hours before the designated pickup to ensure you will be available. If something has come up, we can reschedule. When you use our car transport service, we only allow you to reschedule a pickup once before charging a fee.

At the designated pickup date and time our driver will evaluate your vehicle. Upon recording the condition of your car, he will give you a form to sign. This form indicates you agree to the validity of the vehicle evaluation. If you have any disputes about the evaluation, our driver will be happy to address your concerns. Once you sign, our driver will load your vehicle onto the transport and be on his way.

Once your vehicle is transported, an employee will confirm that your car arrived safely at the destination. We typically give you a call and leave a voice-mail if you don’t answer. We go the extra mile to ensure that your vehicle arrives on-time. If vehicle delivery is running late, we will inform you days before the scheduled delivery date.
